Choosing a service starts with naming the problem. A business that doesn't know what a customer is worth needs strategy; a profitable company nobody finds on Google needs local search; a business that gets visits but few calls often has a website or messaging problem.
Here is how we help you decide, service by service. If you're still unsure after reading, that is exactly what the free initial consultation is for: we talk it through by phone, text or email, see the Contact page.
-

-
French-first website, English version second
A site that sells in French, offers a clean English version and leads to a call, text or email.
Growth strategy and action plan
Growth strategy is for owners who sense the business has plateaued without knowing why. We analyse your offer, prices, margins, current customers and acquisition channels, then write a 90-day plan.
It is the right starting point if you answer yes to at least two of these questions:
- You don't know what a new customer costs you.
- You have tried several tactics without being able to say which one worked.
- Your team has no written priorities for the next three months.
- You are considering a new market, a new service or a price increase.
The deliverable is a costed document in French that you can carry out yourself or with us.
French-first marketing
French-first marketing suits businesses whose message already exists, but in English first, or in translated French. We rework your key messages, ads, posts and emails so they are conceived in Québec French, with a useful English version when your customers ask for one.
This service doesn't replace legal advice on the Charter of the French Language. It aims at something simpler: that your French-speaking customers feel they are being spoken to, not handed a translation. Our guide to the Charter sums up the public rules worth knowing.
Local search in Montréal
Local search is for businesses that serve customers in a defined territory: a few boroughs, the West Island, downtown. We work on your Google Business Profile, your service pages, the consistency of your contact details and the way you ask for reviews.
It is the priority if your competitors appear in Google Maps and you don't, or if you only appear near your address even though you serve a wider area. The Coverage page shows how we think about the map of Montréal.
French-first website, English version second
The bilingual website addresses a common problem: an attractive site that doesn't say clearly what you do, for whom and at roughly what price. We structure a site in French first, with a faithful English version, a page per service and an obvious path to a call, a text or an email.
It is the priority if your site is more than five years old, if it has no complete French version, or if you get visits without enquiries.
What we don't do
Knowing what a consultant doesn't do helps you choose as much as the list of services. We don't give legal advice, including on the Charter of the French Language, and we don't do accounting, tax or recruiting. Nor do we do any technical work on buildings or equipment: our work covers strategy, marketing and online presence.
Finally, we promise neither rankings nor a number of customers. We commit to a method, written priorities and indicators you can check.
How the services fit together
The most common combination is simple: strategy first, then website and local search, then French-first marketing on an ongoing basis. But the order is set by your numbers, not by a package. The table below sums up typical starting points.
| Your situation | Suggested starting point |
|---|---|
| Stalled growth, unclear priorities | Growth strategy |
| Strong word of mouth, invisible on Google | Local search |
| Visits without calls | French-first website |
| Message translated from English | French-first marketing |
Price ranges for each format (hourly, project, monthly retainer) are on the Pricing page, and the results from our HVAC work are on the Results page.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy all four services?
No. Most businesses start with a single service, the one that fixes the most expensive problem. The others are added when the results of that initial service justify it.
Which service delivers results fastest?
Fixes to a Google listing or a poorly written service page often show effects within a few weeks. Strategy changes the quality of every decision that follows, but its effect is measured over several months.
Do you handle paid advertising too?
Yes, as part of the French-first marketing service: we design and monitor Google and Meta campaigns written in French. The advertising budget is separate from our fees, and how it works is written into the proposal.
Can you work alongside our current agency?
Yes. We can supply the strategy and the French copy while your agency handles technical execution. The roles simply need to be written down clearly in the proposal.
